is trust a luxury while using the internet

Your work schedule is hectic, and you don't have time to go but those new shoes you've been meaning to buy all week, you decide to go online to buy your shoes and get them shipped to you. The question is that a really good idea, is it safe, can you trust someone you cant see to sell you shoes and ship them top you without being ripped off. There have bin cases were e people are buying things and never receiving them or paying more than what is stipulated, don't get me wrong there are a lot of people who go online and are very successful but others are not so lucky. Who should be responsible for making sure that these websites are safe, government or advocacy groups, and who would be more reliable. there are safe websites and those which are waiting for unsuspecting people to make a quick dollar off them. What should be done to these prowlers and is there enough awareness about these websites. I want know what you guys think about this and what we can do to make the internet a safer place if it is not to be trusted. Holla at your boy........
